Just signed up... already checked flights from Heathrow to Chicago and then a hop to ST Louis. I am trying to convince Mair to join me in a shopping trip in Chicago after the CS event... fingers crossed.

Thank you. Hopefully I can find something direct. I have an airport a whopping three miles from my home. No direct flights to Detroit, where I go once or twice a year frustrated

i will admit that i just signed up but only read page one of this thread
however i would like to offer a cheaper spot thats very nice and like 3 miles over the border into IL

motel 6 35 bucks-i think its 39 on weekends

smoking or non smoking rooms
a laundry and pool
staff is great
ive stayed there a few times

its in sauget

anyway ima since you seem to be coordinating check it out?

i should be a mere 3 hrs drive so yeah deal with it!! haha
we'll see how those signed up fall away quickly now
and ps i can be a designated driver- (sober girl-unafraid of karaoke)

ive always wondered where your town is as i drive to chicago frequently
