I'm sure a lot of people who go into the armed services and to war, firmly believe they're protecting the innocent. I can't criticise that as my mother said they were overjoyed when the Americans arrived at the end of WWII. Brave men indeed, to whom I owe a debt of gratitude for my existance.
But I do wonder how many are duped into risking life and limb.
For starting that last war in Iraqi.. No matter where thay are from..
If they left Iraq alone, I'm we don't have all these monstrosity going on around here in the Mid East right now...what's happening now is the product of all of Bush and his cronies' manipulation...

This subject is very emotional for me, I've seen the inhumanities in Iraq with my own eyes, I was there.
I live here and have an Arab Muslim kid, it hurts me so bad when I read posts campaigning against Muslims.
There are good and wonderful people here...War in Iraq affected all neighboring countries including Jordan, the influx of refugees here, more homeless people, more hunger, more death...I've seen them suffer. People here are suffering, economy went down, prices went up, people losing livelihoods...we all worry here what kind of future our children will have if this war keep going on and on...is more invasions and more wars is the answer ?

From what I understand ISIL is losing ground and that the display of power seen on their video is just that a show...trying to save face...a good sign for all of us that ISIL can be stopped...
For what it is worth on another blog long, long ago and in a blog galaxy far, far away, I likened the going into Iraq to the Roman conquest of England and warned of creating a new Boudica if not very carefully done. Some people in power were not amused and I lost a nice contract for writing what I then believed (and obviously still do) was a truth.

their next president should be more concern of his own people first...i'm sure they have hungry people to feed there too, sick people that need medication, homeless that needs home, jobless who needs work...they should focus on solving those high crime rate in their country first...before they think of invading other countries again.
