speaking of God...and what about forgiveness

I had a friend a few years back that told me he was seeing this woman. This woman was a Christian and cheated on her husband countless times, eventually divorced, she lied, she stole, she dated men after men after men, cheating on countless boyfriends. My friend asked her, aren't you a Christian? What do you think God will think of this? Her reply was, the Bible says he will forgive me.

Vampires and Werewolves the truth

Vampires and Werewolves are based on a true story.
So how they are portrayed in movies is almost accurate but a twisted version of the origins of Vamps. For example they are cold blooded and have no heart beat. The reason they are cold blooded is beccause they lower their heart beat to almost a standstill rate makes it seem like they have no heart beat. They were masters at lowering their heart beat to the point where the blood flow makes their body go cold majority of the time.

They drink blood, this is very very true but it was not humans or any other flesh animal. NO they drank the blood of Christ, because they had access to the Heaven Realm and its treasures through the blood of Christ, which could only be done with a lowered heart rate and a soul.

They had heightened senses because of the lowered heart rate this allowed ultimate Chi state which enhanced their strength hearing and because they used a magnifying technique to see the Realm of Heaven., naturally they had enhanced sight as well.

Where do werewolves come from? They were children of Heaven who also had the same gifts as their brothers and sisters but used against their own. The were known as wolves they hunted in groups to kill their own. I dont know where the full moon story comes from but I guess its an added fiction to misguide the already blind.

To differentiate between the two vamps and wolves, the vamps NEVER harmed anyone unless they were attacked first EXCEPT agains their own so when the wolves attacked they sat there and let ther family kill them.

THE APIARY - PRISACA (RO/EN)

THE APIARY

“Thy Soul,
The BeeKeeper;
Search deeper,
While mind and heart
Stirring a hole
- or swirling in a whole.
Be kind. Be true.
Feel it too.
Be humble, -
Everything, around us,
- Even the core
of thy being, -
In God’s Hands,
It is alive…”

"Sufletul tau,
Prisacarul;
De cau?i în adâncul sau,
A fi cu mintea ca olarul,
Din gol, a-i da o forma
?i pe-împletirea inimei
Ce-n vâlvataia-i de-aur,
Al mierei vas o-întorna,
Gusta-vei pe de-a-întregul,
Scumpatatea.
Fii bun, fii darnic,
Adevarat ?i harnic.
Smerita coarda a iubirei,
Afla-într-un fagure,
Deplinatatea!..
- O, cânta, mugure,
- - Vibreaza, frunzo,
- - - Scânce?te-o, floareo, -
Pe-a lumei arsa jertfa,
A mângâierei vis,
Obladuit-a Mânei,
Eternul paradis!..
Sa mul?umim lui Dumnezeu,
Aceea-i Simplitatea!.."

Gratuity Not Included: Servers

Ask almost any waiter, waitress, or server and they'll tell you: They dread the Sunday after-church crowd. Perhaps it's undeserved, but many churchgoers have the reputation of being demanding and stingy. Somehow, we have gotten a bad name in the restaurant community, at least on Sundays.

It behooves us to be kind to those who serve us. One of the ways we express our thanksgiving to God is by treating others with gratitude and kindness. Proverbs 19:22 says, "What is desired in a man is kindness."

Those who serve us -- waiters, clerks, tellers, flight attendants, bellhops and skycaps, ushers, babysitters, valets, supermarket baggers, parking attendants, shuttle drivers, and so forth -- often work long hours and receive minimal pay. Yet they bear the brunt of complaints. They often have to put up with arrogant, unkind, irritable clients.

Go out of your way to smile at the guy behind the counter. Be pleasant to the woman on the phone. Tip when appropriate. Be a pleasure to serve. Show unusual kindness. A dash of gratitude can brighten the skies of others and represent Christ to their hearts!

A warm smile is the universal language of kindness!

The Theology Of Daniel Boone -

"Love and fear God,
Believe in Jesus Christ,
Do all the good to my neighbor, and myself as I can,
Do as little harm as I can help,
And trust on God's mercy for the rest."

There are a lot of books on spirituality & religion out there.
I don't suppose any of 'em said any more or laid it out any clearer than ol' Dan did in those few lines.

Hinduism lesson 1

Life is good topic to start with, like earth shape our life is same,we revolve in the birth cycle and we pass 84 lakhs birth includes all living beings on earth and then finally we have a human body.

We never understand that after the death when we will have the next human body.
We should respect the life, and enjoy til the eyes are open.

Little things.

Last week one of my best friend's father passed away.

I went to listen to a Buddhist preaching and the alms giving held in his memory. Buddhists believe in rebirth. So after 7 days of a person's passing they do good things on behalf of the dead person, so that some of the good karma would help him him to be born in a good place. Then 3 months, six months and.....

While I was listening to the monk, I wanted to question him on so many things. That's me. But we are not allowed to question a monk in such an event.

He preached about thoughts and cravings and having control of them. Anger, jealousy, ill feelings towards others only hurt us.

My friend was eating like a pig and saying he is in control after the sermon. I love him to bits. I am glad he is back to himself.

Thankful for little things in life that brings smiles to my face when looking back.

Free Will

Do we really have free will?

At the societal level, the assumption that we have free will is an essential requirement. In fact, our legal system is premised on this assumption, and that we must take personal responsibility for our actions. If a person is tried legally and found to be in violation of the law of that country or state, then he or she is likely to face some form of punishment, even including the death penalty. In some cases, if a person's action is found to be commendable, he or she may be rewarded.

A person's socialization, that is, the type of home and social environment in which he or she was brought up, especially in the earlier stages of life, may be related to his/her actions or behaviour in later life; however, this is not necessarily so. The legal system normally does not make provision for this factor. A person who is legally tried and found guilty of a violation of the law, even if he/she was raised in an “adverse” environment, that is, a “broken home” with a lack of love and support from his/her significant others, and in a “high crime rate” neighbourhood, cannot expect any special consideration from the legal system. The system insists that, regardless of a person's socialization, he or she has “free will” and personal responsibilty for his/her behaviour.

Perhaps, future research may show that a person's genetic make-up may predispose him/her to certain behaviours that violate the legal system; this is only a suggestion. I am not aware of any such research findings at present.
Even if research uncovers such genetic evidence, this is unlikely to impact on the legal position that a person must take personal responsibilty for his/her behaviour.

Most theists, insist that we have “free will”, which is given to us by God.
God is normally viewed as being omniscient, infallible and omnipotent. My personal view is that if we accept those attributes of God, then there is a logical inconsistency between those attributes and the acceptance that human beings have “free will”. I have summarised this position in the following argument:

Premise 1:
To have free will, there must be no constraints on how one chooses to act.
One must be free to act how one chooses.

Premise 2:
God's foreknowledge places a constraint on one's actions.

God is omniscient and infallible. He knows everything - past, present and future.
God knows the future actions of everyone and since he can never be wrong,
one's future actions are constrained by God's foreknowledge since they must be in accordance with it.

Conclusion:
Therefore, in the context of God's foreknowledge, one does not have free will.

The question of whether God's foreknowledge “causes” one to act in a certain way is irrelevant; besides, this blog is not making such a claim.
The fact remains that one cannot act outside the constraints of Gods foreknowledge.

In summary, I agree that I have the freedom to act according to what I honestly feel or believe to be my free will. Thus, relative to my thinking, I am exercising free will, that is, with no constraints.

However, if God knows how I am going to act, even before I do so, and since I have to act in accordance with God's foreknowledge and I cannot do otherwise, I do not have free will.

As an analogy, I exercise my free will within a box, or limited space, constrained by God's foreknowledge.
The question here is:

Is such “free will” really “FREE”?

In the context of God's foreknowledge with respect to the actions of everyone, and if our actions determine our ultimate fate, then God already knows what our ultimate fate will be. Based on this, Reform theologian John Calvin, argued that some people are predestined to be saved and some are predestined to be damned, and there is nothing anyone can possibly do about it.

~~ ACCEPT YOUR SELF ~~

A rose flower is a rose flower, there is no question of its being something else. And the lotus is a lotus. Neither does the rose ever try to become a lotus, nor does the lotus ever try to become a rose. Hence they are not neurotics. They don´t need the psychiatrist, they don´t need any psychoanalysis. The rose is healthy because the rose simply lives its reality.

And so it is with the whole existence except man. Only man has ideals and should s. ‘You should be this and that’ – then you are divided against your own is. Should and is are enemies.

And you cannot be anything other than you are. Let it sink deep into your heart: you can only be that which you are, never anything else. Once this truth sinks deep, that ‘I can only be myself’ all ideals disappear. They are discarded automatically. And when there is no ideal, reality is encountered. Then your eyes are here now, then you are present to what you are. The division, the split, has disappeared. You are one.
