Why UN just doesn't make an open door policy to evacuate innocent ones who are caught in the middle of a conflict?
I was reading the Wall Street yesterday and I was a little confused why Germany all of a sudden has implemented an open policy on the entrance of Syrian Refugees.
They started accommodating all of them regardless as to what country they landed on from Europe.
Any ideas? Don't get me wrong, I am just curious as to why the sudden change.

It's hopeless for the Philippines by itself to question China's expansion. First of all, economic viability is weak. Military strength is a joke. Without the major country intervening with China's activity, it's a hopeless case. The question is, why would a US get involved? Because, then China will then mark it's capabilities as a super power and starts it's move to dominate the world. Of course CC. There are many sources of good manners and right conduct. Our upbringing can be shaped with or without religion. I didn't isolate the fact that we only learn about love and compassion through religion.
But for me, this is the foundation of my upbringing, having my parents taught us love and kindness and compassion. I can't take any credit on any better source of my conduct as much as my parents through religion. School and parents are very powerful source of good upbringing,too.
