Sad is right...the recruitment of these vulnerable population has hightened...we need to bridge that gap...some government officials need to intervene...stop the false narrative...

That fits to T Hoffer's description of 'frustrated'.
Watching only the first few minutes of the OP vid called his description of those attracted to mass movements (Fanatics...or 'Radicalized' ) vividly to mind.
Susceptibility is by no means limited to whites, youths, or males - as is brought out very well in the 'True Believer' vid.
I try to read that book every few years.
I haven't done so in quite some time.
The OP vid inspired to search it.
The vid does a remarkable job of making the 1951 book relevant to developments of the 21st Century.
It throws fresh light on those developments.
And attitudes of many CS bloggers - of various persuasions.
