well he's going to be miserable for the next couple of days, no one allowed to drive tomorrow so he can't come home and on Saturday will be freedom day...I'm going somewhere to celebrate after being stuck at home for frigging 3 months!

he can live without his phone for few more days, this should be a big lesson to him, there's time for his phone, time to chill with me, time to cook with me, time to read books or play his guitar. I'm looking for some summer camp program to send him to laugh

The riots seemed to have quieted down. My granddaughter graduated from Pre-K to Kindergarten via the iPad. The weather has been warm and beautiful. The city is just starting to open up with still some restrictions but never the less some forward movement anyway. That was my day laugh wave

Thank you, thank you, thank you! I don't think my head can stand another minute of you- know -who blogs. laugh The weather here is great! 85 and not humid which is odd. The little ones and their mom just came home from a day at their aunt's house. Their aunt has a pool so they had a blast. There were less than 10 of them so technically that part was ok. Social distancing - not so much but I'm not sure what the current rules are with that and family members. Riots have almost died out. Oops I meant protests. A few little peaceful ones are still around. Other than that things are slowly returning.

Glad to hear things have settled down a bit kp. Weather here has been poor of late, though did get a nice day yesterday mostly. It's Ireland though so the good weather is unexpected and you just take it whenever you can get it laugh

What's your weather normally like in July / August? I only ask because I used to work with a man that went to Ireland every year for those 2 months. He said the weather was cooler than here and he could rest, relax and play golf. laugh Usually a couple of the other reps would join him for a week or so throughout his stay.

The best we usually get is mid 20's celcius. Between May to September we'd be lucky to get 3-4 weeks sunshine total.
