Photos of President Biden's Oval Office, and his predecessors.

He hasn't changed much so far. All text is from the article along with some close ups of the busts.

Biden kept the drapes and most of the furniture, but the rug and artwork in the Oval Office have changed. Flanking the Resolute desk are busts of Abraham Lincoln (left) and Harry Truman. Above Lincoln is The Avenue in the Rain by Childe Hassam. Above Truman is a portrait of Benjamin Franklin.

I don't even know what Trump's oval office looked like I do remember the furniture from Obama's days though.
I think if I was the President I would not want to be sitting in front of 3 windows. It would only take one sniper to put a bullet in his head. I would do away with the windows.
There's a lot more windows than just the 3 behind him. It must be a security nightmare.

This is a Pic of the Trump Oval office showing the side windows.

???????......laugh
Not sure that it is velour, more likely buffalo suede, which looks similar (in a photo) but feels very different.
Oh dear, fingernails down a blackboard, that's even nastier. laugh
I only spotted one wall electrical receptacle. By code there must be one every 6 feet.
Who should I notify to report this violation?
Maybe hidden wall sockets, behind a false cover or in the floor dunno
Fourth picture down of the fireplace - are there 'hidden' servants' doors?

And two table lamps which might be lit?

Could unsightly sockets be hidden?
I'm beginning to think there should have been a few impeachments just for the taste in decor alone. laugh

I don't get having a room which speaks for itself and then swamping it with clutter, although I quite like the work related mess.

I really, really don't get having limp flags indoors, not that I'm a great fan of flags full stop.

I quite liked Bush's cool blue version and I don't particularly like blue.

I can't help thinking that room could be utterly amazing in the right hands. Hands that wouldn't hide the unique architectural features.
The Obama picture and the last one show the hidden door outlined in the wallpaper.
blushing ok maybe the doors are not so hidden ,as the Clinton pic shows the door knob.
The doors are on either side of the fireplace.
Looks to me like someone decided to cover up a door for aesthetic reasons, dunno
