The Legislative Branch has a few that bear looking into -
Pelosi & Feinstein come to mind.
Comrade Bernard's superannuated, but seems Less cognitively impaired than Some.
But one would Think the Parties (or Candidates themselves!) would have enough Common Sense to know when to hang it up.

It makes No Sense!!
A mere Law wouldn't be sufficient!
Article II, Section 1, Clause 5 of the Constitution sets three qualifications for holding the presidency. To serve as president, one must:
be a natural-born citizen of the United States;
be at least 35 years old;
be a resident in the United States for at least 14 years.
Any addition or change requires a Constitutional Amendment!
But i guess exceptions can be made for some folks specially IF those are politicians and along very greedy....
