Lack of???

Hey.. do you think my headaches and tenseness is due to the lack of 'whoopy'?? LOL.. Just asking!

Probably not, holding an expectation about tomorrows instead of just being or enjoying the here and now causes stress. Whoopy only relieve for the rather short time you enjoy are enjoying the whoopy...You could try stilling your mind with meditation instead, then the whoopy would probably be more enjoyable anyway
