Taking a foot bath involves soaking your feet in a container filled with warm water and often, other ingredients like salt, oil or soap. A foot soak is relaxing and can have many health benefits. Foot baths are often used as a way to relax and unwind after a long day or to soothe sore, tired feet. Taking a foot bath is also really inexpensive and easy, because you already have the necessary equipment at home!
Apple cider vinegar is not only useful in the kitchen, but it also turns out to be an amazing panacea. Putting vinegar in your feet bath has many benefits for your health! Did you ever take a foot bath with lots of soap? Don’t do this anymore! This gives you a chance of a fungal infection which can cause itching which can damage your skin. It’s much better to take a foot bath with a splash of vinegar!
A fungal infection is the most common infection on the feet. It mainly occurs between your toes and on your nails. Vinegar is known for its acidic components and is therefore a perfect remedy for a fungal infection. All you need to do is soak your feet in a bath of apple cider vinegar mixed with water for about 10 to 30 minutes. It doesn’t have to be some kind of special vinegar. You can just use the cheapest one from the supermarket. The vinegar works wonders against the fungal infection, so you don’t have to buy expensive creams to get rid of your fungal infection. By regularly taking a foot bath with vinegar you can get rid of your fungal infection in no time!
Sweaty feet
Do you suffer from sweaty feet? The smell of sweaty feet can be quite strong and is often due to the combination of bacteria and sweat. Besides the fact that vinegar works perfectly against fungus, it is also a great solution against bacteria. So, you can use vinegar very well against sweaty feet! Soaking your feet in a foot bath with vinegar will help you against the bacteria or fungal that causes the unpleasant odor. You will immediately notice that your sweaty feet will completely disappear.
Dry feet and cracked heels
Dry feet and cracked heels can be unsightly but can also be quite painful. When it comes to taking care of your feet, vinegar is a great remedy! Vinegar has a purifying effect on your skin. The acidity in the vinegar has a moisturizing effect on your feet and ensures that the skin can recover completely. If you take a foot bath with a slash of vinegar every day, you will see that your feet will be a lot smoother in just a few days.
How it works
It is incredibly easy to create a perfect foot bath. Add one glass of apple sider vinegar for every three glasses of warm water. Repeat this until the tub is full enough for you to dip your feet in. Soak your feet in the bath for about 10 to 30 minutes. Rinse and dry your feet completely afterwards. If you repeat this every day, you will notice that your symptoms will completely disappear in no time! Link: Goodtoknowthis

Thanks. I use ACV ...but neglected the foot thing..
Used apple cider vinegar for several years.
One day realized it did not have mother any longer.
I wrote to the company and was told to just wait,
I did wait a very long time I never had to wait long before
I stopped buying it and wondered if the real product had been fooled around with as it was very popular?...................wave
This is a new one to me, never heard it before but I have heard, for some, apple cider is the thing.

Because it's a vinegar I'm not sure it would be recommended for all, especially Diabetic's.
My father is one and it's so surprising certain creams/lotions and etc he cannot use on his feet.
So maybe those with other conditions should not be too quick to dabble without checking it first. dunno

Since I myself have furry feet, I'll not be trying it out for myself.
doh

They usually have it in Costco, not Italian but guess also good
To be honest, 99% of the time my feet only get showered, unless the shower outlet gets blocked then they have a bath. Enjoy your foot spa.wine

Apple Cider Vinegar is about 8 times more expensive than white vinegar. If you are using it for the acidic properties in a foot bath. Wouldn't white vinegar work as well?
