Why am I not getting news from CS

Why am I not getting an email from CS when someone writes to me? Have I done something wrong?

As far as I know that is not a CS feature. You have to log in and check every few hours if CS mail is a concern.

Up til now I did get an email from CS and suddenly it has stopped.

In more than a decade CS has never sent me a notification of mail. Luckily I don't count on such.

You seem to have many settings
I've just tried to PM you, but your settings won't let me.

If you want to receive notifications from CS, you need to say so in the questionnaire.

Yep, I WAS ALWAYS Getting email Notifications every single time I got a CS email...EVERY SINGLE TIME but mine just recently stopped too and I just have to go online to check...I don' t like going online every single day...A Desperate Look I'm NOT Proud Of....C'mon CS get your shyt together so I CAN get Mine together

My old profile and my new one, when I am in contact with anyone, I tell them about the second profile. As I have contact with both, I don't want to delete either. The email information stopped with the new question about advertising, so they are offering advertisement so we no longer get information about who wrote to us - great exchange, can't wait for Ads instead of mails !

Yes, I see it. When I created Ken19 a more than decade ago I don't think it was an option. That was before the big shut down in 2014/2015 and change of CS ownership when so many of us users vanished, some forever. Checking Ken20's profile I see it is an option these days (not activated, I get enough junk mail thanks).

I noticed I dont get them all from CS to email that someone messaged me. Used to every time. Now see a couple emails from CS. Come and log in and find out there are several. Oh well. I just keep an opened one in email to link to easy.

The reason we are not getting emails from CS. I have an email from CS-staff. There is a bug and CS are working on it
