My Sense of Humor, . .Sorry
Just wanted to say, . I hope my sense of humor doesn't offend anybody, . . Most of my life, I've run a construction crew, (usually 6 to 12 guys), in New York. We build roads, parking lots, and tennis courts.The work is sometimes hard, dirty, sweaty, asphalt smell . .and it's hard to keep the Morale up.
Some days, things go wrong, like maybe, .60 tons of material, arrives back late, just about the same time, it's starting to get dark out, cold, and ya feel the first few droplets of rain, hit your shoulder.
So if you have a dozen pissed off guys, dirty, sweaty, tired, hungry, cold, . .with a dozen different miserable, attitudes, .
. . . and a few of em, with the brains like, (a box of rocks), . .then, . I guess, . .it's time to find a motivating, . . sense of Humour, . . real quickly, . . So, . . . . . . that's kinda where my humour comes from, . . .
Sorry, . if anybody got offended, with anything I've said, . That was/is NEVER my intention
PS; A lot of my crews, are a combination, of polish, ukrainian, mexican, spanish, white, black, etc. . .with all different languages and customs,. . . but the one universal language, that we all speak, and understand, . . is Laughter.
