A Poem From A Friend
This poem, was made by a friend of mind, when he lost his job, and his house, he's ok now he get back on his feet, have a great job, better than the one he lost, and a great house and a loving girfriend..life can be good sometimes, as along as you fight for it. He made this poem for me, because from all his friends, I was some of the one that stays, when the money gone..friends gone too, so that's why he made this for me:King Size Floor
I'm homeless can I spend time with you
A wanderer with no home yet in view
Would you befriend and protect me too
A no body and despised by not a few
As your friend this is what I can do
Cherish your words and your time
Speak my prayers on behalf of you
All of this without spending a dime
Yes my bed is the floor of a friend
Its this love my teacher be
None but those who can understand
But for the grace of God go we
Asleep beside your bed on the floor
As pain and plight you nigh endure
Creeping tears, God knows what for
I wake with you as we Him implore
Dont mind the hardness of my bed
This in time will change too
But for now just let me lay my head
On this floor and just think of you
How you stayed
Hold my heart, cried with me
You hold my hand and prayed
A friend as you I want to be
