I played 2 softball games this morning and we won both
by a LARGE margin. Indeed, in the second game I even started feeling sorry of the other team. That second game we won 19-2. When the score was 14 - 1, I even asked my coach, if he would mind putting in one of our bench players for me in left field for the last few innings to give someone else a chance to play. However, didn't like that idea at all. 
Last week some of the guys on our team looked rusty, especially defensively. However, this week they looked like a well oiled machine both defensively & offensively. It might be a good season.
Tomorrow morning I play 2 more games with a different team in a different league in a different town.
Are there any sports you enjoy playing ?
I especially like playing baseball, softball, football, tennis and ping pong.
I like shooting pool too, but that isn't a sport. It's a game.
I also like to hike & white-water raft.

i enjoy football but teams are hard to come up with round here golf is my favorite though and i always do that one sober
I don't drink, and no alcohol is allowed in any of our league games (softball, baseball, or football) anyway.
i live in very small community compared to you towns are not as close as yours are my whole county there is not as many people in it as your smallest town in jersey my friends and i wouldplay on the weekends but we all got old and afraid to get hurt i guess
Golf is generally safer and a good way to network too.
You never know who you might meet.
