Sole for salt water fish and rainbow trout for fresh water..it tastes really good still warm out of the smoker..

i heart beating smoked chubbs on ritz crackers with the homemade spicy garlic tartar sauce my dad makes.laugh it's so good fresh from the lake.grin or fresh lake perch with garlic potatoes. mmmmmm. lol and whitefish is delicious to . macaroni n cheese goes well with any fish.professor laugh
