COME JOIN MY DIET LETS LOSE 10 KILOS

I was pouting my lips up in the mirror as usual, thinking oh i've put on a few pounds, but I;m still ok. THEN my girlfriend mailed me photos of us sailing last week, i was in a bikini, on the winch one leg up to get a good pull, and I looked like someone i'd be laughing at if I saw them in a bikini. Bessie Bunter, thats who I looked like. I AM GOING ON A DIET. I couldn't sleep, I was bawling like a fat person and I got to thinking about a few things.
Now I seem to be meeting lots of guys who really like me, but I end up not liking them. Well not liking them is a harsh way to say it perhaps, its rather that I find them not suitable for me. Mostly they are a bit too old, too fat. too poor, lacking vital things such as teeth or a leg, or they might be too impotent. I get a lot of that in the over 55s. I have to test them , because I don't want a life of misery, playing with myself.
I realise why I feel safe to meet these men, and why I always find them unsatisfactory. It is because I AM TOO FAT. ! I get approached by lots of hot guys, but I never meet them because I am afraid of rejection. I subconsciously feel fat, and now consciously so I cant have what i really want for myself. I am wasting my own time......It has to stop, thats my resolution. I am going to lose 10 kilos. I want to look hot the way I used to!
So I got my pills, the type that quells hunger. Trouble is with dieting you always feel hungry, untill your stomach shrinks back. So I take small meals 6 times a day. I dont do much cooking when I am on this diet, its called THE LAZY GRANDMA DIET.
Tomorrow i will have
breakfast, half a cup of meusli with skim milk
mid morn , an apple
lunch, packet liquid soup from the supermarket, followed by a sliced tomato.
mid afternoon, 2 slices rockmelon
Dinner, 2 boiled eggs in a chopped salad, corn , lettuce , chick peas,cucumber and chopped tomato.....use lemon and 2 teaspoons of olive oil.to dress it.
evening snack, zero cal jelly ( jello)
I will take a walk for one hour.

Hi takeme - I did read that you should not eat corn when you are on a diet, I think it has something to do with the sugar content, I was reading some new research that the pancreas may be responsible for weight gain and the researcher was advocating a died designed for diabetics for weight loss, dont know, it was very persuasive, but that would go the same for carrotts as they also have a high sugar content, it does however seem to make sense as the majority of diabetics seem to be overweight, it may have merrit, i need to lose 5kg to get back to where I was before I had my babies, maybe if I ate I would, dont you just love being to busy to look after yourself laugh
Hi Virgo, I know your neck of the woods quite well, Greymouth that is, and especially Hokitika. I was born in Dunedin and conceived in Hokitika . My parents were sent there to work as new migrants from Holland in the early fifties. I get your point though about the men there not being so fussy, which is nice , but the problem is I am fussy, I remember walking into a bar in Hokey once it was winter, a few years ago now, and I noticed all the guys seemed to look the same, they all had those thick woollen checked shirts, they all had long rough beards, they all had a beer in their hand ( no drinking poncy wine) It is true they all looked like really swarthy salt of the earth kind of men. They all stopped talking and started staring when i came into the pub , I could see what they were thinking almost , " oh shes a bit fancy for round here " maybe........ Its a nice idea, West Coast NZ , you can really let yourself go there get about in ugg boots year round, fleecy's, and tracky daks to most occasions, best night out is at the local club, do a few bucks on the pokies, have a slap up meal of fish and chips or chops, sausages and chips or something more fancy like a fishermans basket. I dont know virgo, give me time I might warm up to the idea. Its worth thinking about and thanks for the suggestion.
The problem of these diet is that your body start missing some important nutitions. I took some high quality supplements and used that protein too because the body can change the protein into carbohydrates if needed. And before i eat carbohydrates i took some kidneyextracts which made that i just resorbed a short amount of these carbohydrates.
