About Indonesian
After reading some blogs here, I just have a question in my mind. I can't keep it out of my head and this curiosity make me thinking.I guess many person think generalization that mostly Asian women looks for Green Cards, Blue Cards, whatever the color of the cards when they are dating a foreigner.
Well, I personally never think that way because I know some of my friends from Indonesian, Malaysia, or Philippines, all are good women with a very sincere heart married to foreigners. They are educated women with good living actually.
One of the reason I personally like the idea or dating a foreigner is mostly because I looking for something I can't find in Indonesia.
I consider as a late marriage woman here.
But it is not a big issue for me because I know I only want to marry someone I love very much. Friends told me that I am difficult to have a date because I am independent, have a good living, good job, good salary, and maybe nice property. When I wear office suit, I feel some men afraid to get closer to me. Honestly this makes me not really comfortable and sad.I would like to say that not all women from Asian looking for green cards or money from the foreigners because I consider myself as a sincere one. I'm really looking for a true feeling.

Some men who lack self confidence may be put off

Me as being Indonesian originally I truly understand what you talked about. Of course not all (asian) women look for a date / marriage / or whatever named for relationship with foreigners (I refer to foreigner from wealthy countries / continents) only for various color of cards. I agree! However looking at the fact, unfortunately most of those women want to be foreigners to get those cards. This reality puts aside the women who want to be with foreigners because of love which I pity.
And no worry, the perception of men dating independent and smart women is changed now! They are not merely into the looks or physical beauty but also working brain which means not only IQ but also EQ
You are honest with great personality and have a lot to offer....so don't worry about people's perception. Whether it is the west or the east, every person with a heart and a brain will recognise inner beauty when they see it!
So keep smiling and being the wonderful person that you are!
Each one has own reason ..
I don't care what u think about my blog it just because i encounter a foreigner does not mean im looking for green card or what...
Im not looking after money and i never ask among them well i can work hard for my self it just so happen that i am destined to meet them..
Non of my business anyway thats your belief..

I don't need green card... am quite happy living here
One more thing, if you do not need caring or advices from people here just don't say anything.
So take your time. Don't border me.

I dont see a problem unless in the cases when its the other way around. The ones that delibretly plays an act to come inside of a western state. U have to use your social sniffer to sort them out.
Lets not believe so fast that all wanna move westwords. We may have money here but is it certain we have wealth measured in happyness and life quality?
There it can vary much. Here in rich norway for instance there is tonns of loneliness/isolation. We live indoors.
I was not an Indonesian citizen by birth but I became one after marrying my husband. And I love it here. Hey, can I call this going for the 'kuning card'....
Everybody knows how beautiful many Asian women are. They look very young and girlish for long time. They always smile and are nice with people, men and women. Many of them are very sophisticated, well- behaved and educated, a friend of mine I speak a lot about classical music, is a Japan woman.
I would like to all Asian women here on CS just say; " Good Luck Girls and Wish you the best!"
