Simple Joy. King. Personal Legend.

I usually play "Superman" with my boy after taking him shower. I wrap him with towel and fly him to our room. This morning when I was about to take his towel, I slipped, almost fell but I managed to hold with my hand which caused my finger being hurt. Seeing me bearing the pain the boy said,

"Mom, I don't think we have to play Superman this time. I can walk by my self. Let me walk you."

He held my hand and walked me to our room.

Early morning I received an email, from someone that asked my understanding for his suddenly changing behavior. I was bit upset and confused why it is me who always have to understand one's situation. This boy, with his own way, showing me his understanding without being asked.

If any of you have read "The Alchemist" by Paulo Coelho, sometimes I think he is my "King", the one that will lead me to my "Personal Legend".

Goor morning everyone, expect your simple joy, in the least expected way.

Hi sweet Sara!

I take it your question on the sudden change was about your son.

It's easily explained. Your son was showing you his love by letting you "fly" him across the room. He was doing a fun thing with Mom. But suddenly a "mishap" occurred and it was time for him to take control and he did like a real Superman!

I'd say that kid is a man in a small boys body! The "change" was to protect his loving mother!

BTW, you look really good in that shot and so does "Supermuchacho"!!!
aw he is so cute! how old is he? i know kids say the cutest things!my friend keeps telling her son, study study and he said : ma whats the point, you studied, look you still sit at home with no job! he was 8 at the timelaugh ( she is a housewife)

Of course!

Either way you look at it it's good hat he was there to "help" you. It builds strong bonds and it's a good learning process!

Your welcome!

Sometimes they being cranky too when u feel complicated

Thats children, and you are very lucky to have your children who understand they raised with tons love for u
