Peppers and meat are cut into thin strips
and stir fried.The meat can be chicken,pork
or beef.

Ingredients:

360g beef siverside or topside
200g peppers
20g spring onions
8g ginger
2tbsps cooking oil

seasoning
2/3 tsp salt
2tsps soy sauce
4 tbsps water
2 tbsps potato starch

mixed seasoning
2tbsps chicken stock
1tbsp soy sauce
1tsp sugar
1tsp potato starch
1tsp oil



Cut the beef along the grain into thin slices.Put the
beef into a mixing bowl.Put the 2/3tsp salt,2tsps soy
sauce and 4tbsps water in a small bowl and stir.Add
the seasoning to the beef and mix well.Then add the
2 tbsps potato starch and mix thoroughly.

Remove the seeds and stalks from the peppers and
cut into thin strips,and chop the spring onions fine.
Peel the ginger and chop it fine.

Add all the mixed seasoning in a bowl and mix well.

Heat up 2tbsps of oil over a moderate heat in a
frying pan,then add the beef and cook until it changes
colour,then transfer into a dish when its cooked.
Add the spring onion ginger and peppers into the pan
and fry them for a few minutes,then add the beef
again and add the mixed seasoning to the pan and
stir and fry the ingredients are fully mixed.Once
the sauce has thickened up and everything has
been mixed together its ready to serve
