The answer is love
Yes I know! The title seems muchy and trite but bare with me a sec.We live in a world so filled with hate.
We are told that to overcome evil you have to become even more evil.
The world is in a perpetual war with an ever changing enemy.
We see atrocities and we get mad at the perpetrators, rightfully so I might ad.
But what are we accomplishing? More wars? More innocent people being killed?
The point I am getting at is this. If you saw a person drowning would you ask their political affiliation, nationality or religion before trying to save them? Any rational person would answer a resounding no, because at that point all this becomes moot. If you found he was a real scum bag you might want to throw him back in but the first instinct is to preserve life because it is precious.
I love my wife dearly and if anything or anyone hurt her I would be very upset or even violent. But is this the right thing to do?
All I am saying is stand up for love not hate. There is a great movie about this subject called Savior staring Dennis Quaid(one of my favorite actors) It takes place in the Bosnian war. If you are as sentimental as I am it will make you cry too, in the end love does conquers hate. Is it a fairy tale? probably. But is it plausible? Definitely!!!
If you havent seen the movie you should watch it. It will make you think about whether you want to alien yourself with love or hate.
God bless

However when that happens I just usually stay away from them and I don't try to engage in any social setting with them.
I won't hate them I just leave them alone.
The bible says the greatest is love, so how can you beat the greatest
