Music heals me
My goodness, ages again have passed since I posted, but again, I don't like writing just for the sake of writing.I've been going through a tough time as all of you may well know. It just doesn't seem to end. The proverb goes: "It doesn't rain, it pours". Well that is exactly how I have been feeling for the last two months or so.
Well we all find solace in different things. Some in religion, drugs, alcohol or whatever your thing might be. But for me music heals me. I don't care what my situation is that is depressing or stressing me, music takes care of it. I drive with the volume at maximum level, my windows down and sing along as if my life depended on it. I love it.
Some drivers think I'm crazy for doing it, but man, I doubt that there is a mood or feeling that there isn't a song for. It lifts my spirit and if I don't want to listen to one song, I simply skip to the next.
I have and always will choose the one thing that soothes my heart, soul, mind and emotions.
