IMO, you can't go into a campaign like this saying we're better than you & then do this kind of thing, so they had to find him guilty, he let the side down all be it under difficult circumstances & I think the minimum 10 years reflects that beer

The 'Taliban' didn't hijack the planes. They were in Afghanistan. They did however provide shelter for Osama Bin laden and friends. That's where they came in. wink
