I really liked your poem, and it is all true what you said, I have just finished from exactly what you just wrote, please write again, I am still very much hurt by the man that I loved with all of my might, and he left me for a lot older woman than I am, I really cannot beleive it, what could I do? please answer me.

I'm sorry to hear of your painful experience. A lot of men usually leave their female partner for a younger woman and not an older one as the man that you loved has done. Perhaps you can focus your attention on your relationship with your family and friends to keep your self from thinking of the past with him. You have to move on with your life. Perhaps doing some form of meditation or yoga to help to calm your mind may also be useful.
