Falling In Love

Falling in love for the first time
can be very exciting at the start
But such love is usually not long-lasting
and may lead to a broken heart

A person whose heart has been broken
seeks a love that is more mature
When found such love heals the broken heart
and is more beautiful and likely to endure

very lovely...and true!!
definitely rightthumbs up
Love is like making steel you have to heat it by fire and cool it down then heat it again to temper it too make it stronger! It`s hard work take time but it will last a long time no matter what may come!Problem is this days nobody want`s to put the work into making it last!handshake grin cheers professor
And why have you been holding on to this great advice that could have used earlier? Kidding but it rings truehandshake
It is inspiring and kind of crazy to think that there are some great philosophers here on CS. The men and women here are speaking from their own experiences but I do not think you can find better advice and words of wisdom from anyone else through out history.

Thanks Socrates and everyone else here on cs.
Always save the best for last thats what keeps them comming back.wink grin
Thank you, loulou77, for your kind comment.
Have a beautiful day!
Thank you, Scott, for your comment. Very good advice for those who want to make their relationship work. It rarely happens on its own. You have to make it happen.
Have a great day!
Thank you, Daniel, for your comment. Sorry for any delay, but you still have time to implement it. Have a nice day!
Thank you, baldandbeautiful, for your kind comment. There are all types of persons at CS and each one has his or her place.
Have a marvellous day!

I'm confused! Excuse my ignorance! Please interpret your pictorial comment! Thank You!
There's nothing quite as exhilarating as the early stages of a 1st.time romantic relationship. Just the thought that you have found your one-and-only can be so exciting, in other words you will be losing yourself to true love. The problem is as much effort, energy you’re allowing to keep it going. yawn
Hi Socrates44,

I really liked your poem, and it is all true what you said, I have just finished from exactly what you just wrote, please write again, I am still very much hurt by the man that I loved with all of my might, and he left me for a lot older woman than I am, I really cannot beleive it, what could I do? please answer me.

Thank you
Hi Splendid
I'm sorry to hear of your painful experience. A lot of men usually leave their female partner for a younger woman and not an older one as the man that you loved has done. Perhaps you can focus your attention on your relationship with your family and friends to keep your self from thinking of the past with him. You have to move on with your life. Perhaps doing some form of meditation or yoga to help to calm your mind may also be useful.
Hi Wavebox
Thanks for your level-headed comment on the situation.
Have a great day!
