THE VALUE OF A SMILE
the value of a smile is priceless,yet it is the cheapest,easiest most rewarding and most sincere gift to anyone that crosses your path,a smile can make a persons day,anyones day even a stranger,a smile is infectious start infecting people with your smile today.a smile is natures antidote for discouragement.
a smile can bring rest to the weary,sunshine to those who are sad,hope to those who are hopelessand defeated,a smile so valuable that it can't be bought,begged,borrowed or taken away against your will,you have to be willing to give a smile away before it can do anyone else any good.
so if someone is too tired or grumpyto flash you a smile let them have one of yours no one needs a smile more than the person with none to give.

thank you darling this week has been so difficult getting over this cold is turning out to be tougher than i thought i still feel bad at night and my chest feels very heavy i think a doctors appiontment is due had to give myself , breathing treatments it might be more to this one kind of scary

Everything you laid out on the blog are very true and this world truly is so underrated when it comes to this gesture. But I believe that when people are so hurt, so much into pains and sorrows, either due to poverty, or having lost love ones, disasters, and more, are truly legitimate reasons where sometimes we do forget to smile. Worries that are so entrenched in our lives, failures, they do pile up to cause us to forget to smile. But yes, this is one of the most easily given gestures that we can offer to strangers, or everybody around us.
