Taxi driver's words
I talked with a Taxi driver in Abu Dhabi yesterday. He is a young guy from Bangladesh, and he moaned about the ladies in emirates. Indian ladies are like no marriage, no touch, which means no marriage no sex. For Phillipinas, if you touch, you need give money. no money, no sex.I just feel the simple words from this labour class guy, yes, it is simple. I just also think of the idea people often talk about: for a educated guy who can offer a lady, either a marriage, or money.I think for a lady, I do think it is better to have either of those,it is just natural. If a lady only listen to guy's beautiful promises, and we ladies ask guys in the world to carry out their promises, half of them have to die.
Just kidding, but in fact, I think it is very basic idea ladies need think about.

No need take promises in love too seriously.
If you come to Uae, you will know it is a fact. In some street in Abu Dhabi or Dubai, there are this kind of things.
But the living in emirates is fairly expensive.in a way, I know why they need do this.It is their own choices, I don't want to say things bad about them. For sure, girls from rich family will not do it.
Poverty teaches people what is life in a harsh way/
It is not like we cover our eyes, they don't exist!
in my country, men get married at least 27 years old...
So, I think the labors in Abu Dhabi, they went overseas after married...
I agree with Lady if so...
Is the world still living in the middle-ages?
So cash rules hearts. Here I am thinking how we have advanced.
Anyway, educated, professional and career - orientated guy in Europe DOES NOT need any wife with children. Family needs time and sharing and those guys do not like sharing time and money with others. I work with them, they are happy enough with new cars and younger and younger girlfriends ( the best are air cabin crew members and models).
Believe me for marriage is better a guy who can appreciate family life ...
I know nothing about UE lifestyle so I have nothing to say about Indian taxi drivers and their life approach.
Good luck.
Hmm... I just think that your simple conclusion is derived from the simple words of a taxi driver sounds a little untenable. But maybe you are right...
Enjoy your day over there.
And any parts of the world, there are this kind of life. You don't like to look at it, please read something more interesting!
I am not inviting you to read.
If you have some your own idea, keep it for yourself.
Miss Thai, no need use it as a weapon, calm down!I know you speak English good! I will not be scared away cos there are bad things.
But very strangely, emirates is a very very safe place. Even there are so many labors. Very rarely there are severe crime cases here.
If someone talk about the crimes in any places, please purely read it as an information. But the emirates government these years try to create some chance to entertain the labors. And the government push hard to keep the food price down.
,
I like this safe place,it is not perfect. But who is perfect?!
There are too many choices
No place is perfect. UAE has got some charm in many aspects. In general, all the expats lead a safe life here.
Small defect, so what?
Tell me why your not married???
The thing is western men with money will not settle for the lesser when they can get the greater(just like what women think).
Few wealthy western men at 55 and over wants to start a family and the younger ones will want younger girls...too many options
Also UAE is a lot safer than Thailand.
I think your view of the labour class...not that I think the class system exists in my part of the world anymore...is antiquated. People I think aren't that shallow...nor do most people have particular views about the scent of a labourer in comparison to a professional person...however you are entitled to your opinion and date who you want...
I have established my life, coming to UAE, all by myself.
Miss Thai will have many more choices
Thank you. I agree, now not so much social class. And everybody has their own right to decide for themselves.
In fact,I just happenly took his taxi, and he talked about these things. And I had similar talk with several other taxi drivers.I mean the drivers spoke out these. I think they want to talk sometimes.I understand their family could not get a visa, which is expensive for them, and the guys are having problem.
I just feel it an real side of the UAE life. I just wrote out without giving too deep thought at it.It must touch something.
I only shared one side of UAE life. If you have experienced the life here, you will understand what is going on here.
I mean here in UAE,I give you a real story: the same person whose mother is a german, and hyer father is from Lebanese. She has 2 passports. When she went to a UAE company, the hR told her : if you apply for the job with your Lebanese passport, we will offer you 10000aeds per month, if you apply this job with your german passport, we give you 20000aeds per month.
One man's behaviour (it is unfortunate that you had to work so hard and your partner did not have the same values)does not mean every man (labourer or not) will disappoint you...there are hard working males out there...regardless of the work they do...problem is finding a partner who has the same work ethic and or values as you...
