Have you figured out that it's actually all within your control?
This is a skill. We need to put some effort into developing it. Can you imagine what it might be like to be fully in control of our reactions and feelings?
Someone is upset... we only feel calmness and are able to share this with them.
Someone is angry... we only feel understanding and appreciation.
Someone is in pain... we feel only compassion.
Someone is rude... we feel understanding and gentleness.
Someone is joyful... and we choose to share their joy.
Someone is happy... and we choose to smile with them.
Someone is loving... and we choose to feel love.

I'm still an amateur... but I'm learning more every day. Please work on your own skills and be generous with your experiences.
World peace ... one wonders ... is this one of the ways?

Isn't it fantastic that we can share energy with each other in order to support each other, help and teach each other. Energy that is there when we need it, when we feel we want to share it too? This is more than magic.
Still I am tired now. Maybe more ideas will come to my mind tomorrow..

Being in control of our own Emotional Energy while helping others learn to do this too ... that's my hope ... and I like the word you chose ... magic
My thoughts this morning: besides the capability of each person to share energy with whom soever we like, I was thinking of good and bad energy generally. Some people spread good energy and know it, or some think of doing best but will even harm others with their energy ( e.g. fanatic persons). Others again convey their bad energy willingly (people fed up with society for example). Anyhow, we often don't know what the real intent of a person is. One way I realized in cultures getting along with influences by different energy of others is for instance in oriental countries the using of certain seeds laid on glowing pieces and the smoke is spread about. This shall let all the people being in that smoke area stay on a calm and harmonic level and shall llet bad thoughts stay aside and good thoughts only influencing each one.although it is nothing special about these seeds, it's only an odor.. The use of frankincense by the priests in the churches is based on the same idea.
@Flyjames, many people think they can find a way of gaining real good and peaceful energy by taking weeds. But this only seems so in the beginning, actually by this one gets incapable to contribute one's good skills to others. That's how I personally have experienced this with friends.

Really nice insight ... I need to leave for a couple of hours ... will return here when I get back home.
If a person aims to always have positive energy and to steadily share it with others, this needs to work on one's soul. This is achieved best and quickest on a religious path.IMO.
I think it used the opportunity of me being tired!
