State College is so old and lived here never heard the name once.

Must have road the gravy train in from another area..

Khater was one of two men accused of using a chemical spray on Capitol police officers.

He has been jailed since his arrest last March after a federal judge termed him a "dangerous" individual.

The trial in his case is scheduled for early October.
