I've always believed in the old adage 'never trust a man who doesn't drink'. I would be quite willing to extend this to never trusting a man who knits.
Maybe thats a new line to catch a woman........Dont think Ill be trying that though...........
I am not against knitting for a man....
I only wondered how I would feel sitting beside a man knitting..
DONT KNOW..VERY peculiar..cheering
I just found the website...www.menwhoknit.com...Men who knit promoting and inspiring the art of knitting amongst men.

Guys, give it a shot...you may like it. Start by knitting me a scarf...winter is just around the corner. J/K
motorcycle .............
Noz...it would feel peculiar, unless you too knit. I guess. I knit, but wouldn't find a man that knits a masculine hobby for him.
Nam...Outta here! lol
PRD... a man, knitting? oh come on..... bunny
Yup, Smart. Few men like knitting. wave
yeah the knitting use to on a passap machine still wear jumpers I made by hand no

JJ...I had one of those machines...knitting by hand much easier.
Smart...it'd be nice to own a scarf or something knitted by a man...that would be unique.

Ken wave ...I guess there's more than one man that knits on this site, huh? Interesting.
My Ex husband could knit. He was very good with his hands! wink
Knit ? Knot ! scold

I have zero idea if the TW I was thinking of is on CS. Just someone I knew back in the days of my carrying a gun 24/7. He was pretty popular with the ladies because he was always knitting sweaters and gloves for them while doing sentry stuff.
knit a scarf sure that's easy now I used to remove the zips out of the levis for my woman when she was busy often 20 pairs together you get quick I knows a bit on thes subjects if you put in washing machine open the powder rots the zips take heed
About 30 years ago, maybe longer, men in America started the fad of man knitting.

Some of the men that did it was Rosie Grier. A 300+ lb. football player. And if my memory serves me correctly so did Wilt the Stilt a 7ft 300+ lb man!

I wouldn't laugh in their presence!
JJ...Can you better explain your comment? I don't get it. dunno confused
Hi Ed wave ...I remember Rosie Grier doing needlepoint...he knitted also? What a man! applause
Hi Gentle wave ...knitting a new pair of shoes? Hmmmmmm...I don't know about that. scold
