Easter Blues

Everything seems lackluster after Easter, spring has arrived yet it is still cold. Everyone is recovering or still has the flu, business is slow, time drags and nothing looks interesting.

Roll on May... Summer holidays, sunny days, warm light evenings to get out and about and brighten the mood. 6 weeks of bliss to do as I please, long lie in’s, brunch’s on the patio, weekend BBQ’S, cream tea’s in the afternoon, evening strolls and a glass of wine to watch the sun go down..... Heavenly!

My friend is in Spain as we speak and said he's had some glorious weather.

Yesterday he found a hole inside a cave on top of a mountain and this natural cavity, two foot across, was oozing hot air. He said 17 degrees and the mountain top was about 8 degrees. How did he know that??

Easter here will be this Sunday...not really looking forward to it as I've already read a lot about it and received countless Easter greetings from some part of the world...grin

Crazy, I never knew Easter had different days?? Christmas, sure, 6th of December and for those in the southern hemisphere, increasingly celebrated in July, but Easter? confused

Yes, Easter here falls on different date...I'm here so I follow them, besides, the first Easter happened here in the Mid East, they probably have the correct datelaugh laugh
