I'm not goodlooking, but I know when I'm up, I can pull pretty much anyone I set my sights on. When I'm down, guidedogs cross the street to stop their owners bumping into me!!
Contrary to belief, men prefer chubby women over slim women.
Anyway, my Grandad felt the exact same way about beautiful women when he was my age as I do now. This hasn't changed. Natural beauty trounces anything else for men, but being well turned-out is important(how important depends on the man).

human beings have long been programmed to focus on looks (an image, beyond the pull of physical attraction). Having said that, I think what El and Sol say is accurate...
Firstly.. our appearance IS something beyond our external form.. what we exude from the inside out is what ultimately draws or repels people
Secondly... don't be so sure men are not noticing you!!
In a world of comparison, this is not always easy but see what happens when you refrain (I mean truly refrain) from comparing yourself to others or them to you
