I had no doubt we will hit it off...that was scary for me. As for my LDR, he comes here every few months, was here few days ago. I don't think I can give up on him now...I think I'm OK with it so why take risk?
It's a gamble. But the longer you talk, the more inconsistencies you will pick up in what the dishonest one is saying. It's very hard to talk that long without relaxing, and very hard to hide when relaxed.

You are right, I recall a workshop I attended at the start of my professional career Which was about instant seeing eyes of the one you are communicating with to determine he or she is telling truth and what his or her approach is.
I met many people who even failed this research.....they were so good in deceiving.
Who the hell would miss a free home cooked meal.

I prefer to talk about everything...believe me we covered all kinds of topics from the intelligent ones to the lousy, degrading and hilarious ones....no holds barred, that how we knew that we connect in so many ways...it was not all about fun and laughing at all...there were arguments and clashes of opinions but the good part was we know how to patch it up....knowing someone is not just about mental aspects....ahs to be in every aspects....have to know what there is to know about a person if you want to share your life with her
