True but a bit harsh Blue, I love his songs,..........
Hello Scotty, wave oldblue, He was definitely not broke, Elvis s Music, left him as one of the top money earners for a number of years after his passing. To this day he still has a good number of people who are fans of his songs, I m one of them, yay
Scotty, Great minds must think alike.
Hi 121 wave Cant see him being broke myself, amazing singer and good looking guy, his back catalogue must be worth millions,...............
121

I said broken as in he had lost his voice and what little ability he had.
The elvis money train will always generate revenue for his estate. ..
Elvis did not drink alcohol however he did take drugs . He did marry Percilla but she was not under aged when he did . He also did not die broke or alone . He did however change the face of music for the latter half of the twentieth century and was a major influence on the Beatles and most of the groups that followed .

He is generally considered to be the major entertainer of the last century and his legacy still resonates today in the hoards of impersonators and the most recognized entertainer of all time . Not bad for a poor kid from Mississippi .wow wow
Blue, I get what you re referring to. The one thing I do know is that ,when ever his songs come up on the radio, my ears perk up, and I enjoy them,
ah he was great ahead of his time really
Just the KINGthumbs up thumbs up thumbs up
If he was the king that would make freddy mercury a GOD
Scotty,

I agree with you! I loved his music! Back in 2007, I met an Elvis impersonator named Jesse Aaron! He sounded so much like Elvis! If you didn't know better, You would have thought he was! I had a chance to talk with him. He was a great guy! He took the name Jesse Aaron because that was the name of Elvis's twin brother who died at birth!thumbs up
Old,

to be honest,I have never recognize him before, but I check him now and you are right,he was a real good singer and I'm going to put his songs in my collections of favorites into my computerthumbs up thumbs up thumbs up
But as a God,hmmmm,I was just making a comment on snooks Blog about eliminating the difference in genders and still the problem is there, how to change the Masculine God with a Goo of two genderconfused
old,

most people are very narrow in their taste for music......I saw it extremely in my ex,who loved only some Spanish music....I love most music, excluding only Heavy........so it has to do so much over all about our taste.

These Elvis copies are in my opinion such a crazy and just put more down than up the quality of Elvis by himself, honestly I don't like that movement at all.

Anyway, thanks to your information about Mercury, because I got one good new taste of music.
You're correct, GOF, she was 21 when they married. He did, however, groom her from the age of 14
I have never seen an Elvis impersonator who I would mistake for Elvis.
I can recall when Elvis Presley sang on the Ed Sullivan Show and they refused to show him from the waist down.

The DJ's would refer to him as Elvis the Pelvis.
Yes, he was just too shocking, CC. wow laugh

He mellowed out a little as he got older (I think?) :) But there was a reason he did it. The girls would go wild everytime it happened onstage.
Hi. Da Elvis one of the best singers of that time. Today not each singer goes to serve to army as Elvis. And in it it we won't repeat.
