OK, here's a kicker, of sorts. There is a documented neurological syndrome of emotion induced multiple O's, pretty much exclusively seen in females, although some of us pray each night to be so afflicted for life. Likely relates to certain sleep or seizure disorders, as with narcolepsy, in which some patients fall asleep on experiencing strong emotions, often laughter. Very rare conditions these, but while our jokes may at times be very good, they probably are not THAT good. Aa.
