Having had occasion some experience with such facilities, some folks take it a step further.
They keep the seat indoors (preferably near a heat source) and take it to the facility as needed.
Necessity - in the form of an unheated facility in sub zero weather - is the mother of invention, eh?
Ummm, bene? Wouldn't the curtains be in about the same condition as the TP
Unless you brought window curtains from a warm place, of course.
