A huge asteroid is expected to fly by earth on Friday 13th April 2029. It will get as close as 19000 miles from earth. It is 340 meters long and last visited earth briefly on 19 June 2004. if this object ever collided with this planet it would be a doomsday scenario.
Future plans are to put craft on asteroids to mine their valuable metals such as gold, silver, zinc, copper. If this could be achieved on the asteroid belt, this would of course be so valuable. Hopefully, the appropriate technology to nudge asteroids away from collision with earth will have been tested.

Earlier this year doctors at the University of Maryland performed a transplant of a genetically modified pigs heart to a 57 year old man. It was a medical first. He lived for 2 months and suddenly died. 2 months later, they found a viral DNA in the pig heart that was causing an infection.
So now there is fear that animal-to-human transplants run a risk of introducing new kinds of infections to people.
Something to consider when signing documents to receive experimental transplants.

Depending on the source, it's said Thomas Edison invented the incandescent light bulb and had upwards of 10,000 failed experiments prior to success.
From what I've read, Edison was in a race for time as several European inventors were also doing similar experiments and that incandescent lighting was already in existence.

What he did, is come up with a patent on a commercially successful bulb with a viable filament.

What should be the most important question ever asked is, What is the meaning of life?
Why are we here? Who put us here? What put us here? Is there any plan for our existence? What is the point of all the species of creatures that have existed on our planet. From Dinosaurs to modern day humans. Why the predatory nature of animals. The savagery. The wars between people. The billions of stars and planets that exist but are uninhabitable.
You could say that the whole universe is a kind of chaos. Are we an experiment put here to see how we cope?
I know that I think a great deal about this dilemma we are in, but can see no real sensible logical reason why this whole existence came to be.
Wouldn't it have been better not to have started this world and no one would ever have experienced the drama that has unfolded since it's beginning? Or is there a serious plan behind the whole conception?

In 615 CE, PACAL became king of Palenque. Now known as Mexico. He was 12 years old. If you watch the Russian meteorite close, you can see where it is actually shaped like a missle-like object. Is that even a meteorite?

I just learned about the hidden one for 8 years today. It is an interesting story if you ask me.

More than half the population of China believe in UFOs and there apparently is great interest in the existence and appearance of extra terrestrial craft.
China has built the biggest radio telescope which covers an area large enough to accommodate 30 soccer pitches.
The scope can tune into the tiniest pulses of sound in the universe and the aim is to search for the existence of aliens and other mysteries of space.
Does the Chinese government know more about what's going on in space sufficient to need to build the world's largest radio scope?
