Set for happiness

Two bottles of water, some nuts and an apple…and I’m good to go.

The skies are grey, the rocks are grey, the water is grey, the middle of November. No wind and mild.

Alone in the whole fjord… or so it felt until that loud splash behind my back. Turned around and indeed there were signs of disturbed water. Started slowly to circle the place and it surfaced in the beginning of the second loop. Paddled in wide circles for some time, enjoying the company, then continued with the usual rout. And it followed me for some while. Wasn’t the first time a seal followed me, but this one made a splash with its back flippers, when it felt like I haven’t turned for a while to look at it. Seals…

Otherwise, the usual for the season and the place: more swans than Canada geese. One or another V-shaped formation. A lot of young herons: some fishing, some flying both solo and in larger groups. And a bird of prey, that could be a sea eagle.

Returning in the dusk, that part of the day when the sun got down, but it isn’t dark yet; when the last ones are finishing their daily activity and hurrying back to the nest; when everyone is trying to keep quiet… and there’s me paddling carefully for the last kilometre, trying not to disturb this delicate silence…

I consider every occasion as it could be the last one. It feels more special in that way.

Be Confidence of Who U R..

People often say that "beauty is in the eye of the beholder", and I say that the most liberating thing about beauty is realising that you are the beholder. This empowers us to find beauty in places where others have not dared to look, including inside ourselves.

Life is very beautiful so we have to choose with our hearts not with our eyes

Beautiful is life when you find the right person for you, he in turn will not leave you, but will stay by your side everywhere and will remove the thorns that are on the way to move forward towards love that is not Never ends

What is determination?

I had a fantastic morning on my way to school.

Wow!!! Heavy rain and quite flooded
on the road.

God I was late...shame.

I went inside the classroom with wet'
shoes, wet'pants and wet' blouse.

But I wouldn't mind as long as I have
my composure and my cheeky smile.

That is determination!yay

My walk between the humans

I live in a small village. I need 5 minutes of walk to work. I even do not have my own car here. I use the company car only when I need, mostly for working reasons. But I avoid to use it for my own private scope.

I have too much free time so I need to consume it. I developed a daily routine. I walk every day to the supermarket and buy food. Just for one day. So I am forced to do it every day. I need at least one hour for this. So I walk calm, having a backpack, looking around, watching people, houses and gardens. The road to the supermarket lies close to a field. Amazing how fast the plants are growing. Now is the second culture. Sometimes I see also hawks. This road is forbidden for cars so one can enjoy the silence.

Slowly you get closer to the supermarket so the noise is increasing. Cars are rising on the horizon and the agitation take the place of the silence.

For entering the supermarket I walk through the entire parking. People with bags, in hurry, preoccupied of their own lives, never look around. They never have time. In the supermarket the same. Running around, from one place to the other. I have all the time. I have also the time to watch them. And I do it.

I ask myself if I will find between them an interesting person. What about an interesting woman? But I give up. I have the feeling the people are somehow in another world. A parallel world which has no connection with mines. They are fascinated of what they are doing. Driven by their needs, desires and lack of time.

Someone told me once. “Look to the people and tell me what you see? Are they aware of what happen around them? Or they are sleeping?”

Sometimes happen that I smile and someone smiles back. I would like talking to the people. But what should I tell them? All what we have in common is that we are human beings, nothing more. I have time and they do not have. I am present and see them. They are not and I do not exist for them.

So I return to my road. I am walking back beside "my" corn field and my beautiful hawk.

God Did It

The God you believe in created the Corona Virus.

The God you believe in doesn't believe in borders or exceptionalism.

The God you believe in has shown what a trade war really looks like.

Amen.

Malala Yousafzai...

...why is it Pakistan, and many countries suppress women...because the men know this woman has more brains in her little finger than all of these a** holes put together.

At 16 speaking at the UN congress..at 18, and from here on out, a voice to free women from mens (gods) rules...good luck lady

Happy Birthday Malala...applause
