Good grief. 
I also read on another site that the Christian population is dwindling by roughly 1% per year in the US. Thats people who actually designate themselvs as "Christian" on stadarized polls.

That’s actually a good point. These parents are so certain that their offspring will automatically become Christians and therefore build up their arsenal of zombies. How do they know that a couple here or there might not become atheists or Wiccans, or even Satan worshipers? What’s to say that the army won’t turn against them?

Yes it happens a lot. I’m probably the rare case as I grew up in a secular household but MANY x-Christians had religion forced upon them as children and it back fired later in their life when they were out from under their parents' control and were able to make their own decision in regards to spirituality (or lack there of)
