bad advice is like that .. if you truely care for this lady then appologize let her know how you feel and that you'll do your best to make things right if she forgives you then never stop making it right.. always let her know that you care for her know matter how much you think she knows it already

I agree, send her an apology. But also be very careful with your
emotions. Sometimes we tend to think we know someone so well just
because of a few messages. So you totally trust this person and
start thinking with your heart instead of your brain. Happened to
me never to hear from him again. Now my trust will be a little
more checked. Hope all goes well with you.

An honest sincere apology - without the " I listened to bad advice..." Sounds like you're not taking responisibilty for what you did/said.

You made a mistake, it happens your not happy with what you said. If you still would like to pursue this girl, tell her the truth that you had listened to advice that wasn't so great and you had no intension on hurting her. If she is an understanding person she will understand that you didn't mean anything bad by it and everyone makes mistakes once in a while.
