Butterflikisses: You all have valid points and opinions. But what I want to know is what can we do constructively to make things better. One person can make a difference and maybe if we talk about what we want to change and give ideas our time would be better spent. Instead of wasting energy about whose right shouldn't we pull together to make this a better place? I do love to debate, but can't we be more constructive????
Be nice if that were the case, but threads such as this are usually a place for the disheartened and malcontent to vent their anger and frustration. Finding someone to blame their misery on, and it's usually a politician.

But we do know that he was part of Project Vote, and was working with community organizations which had ties to Acorn etc...

Not exactly what I was talking about, and you did pick one that you could avoid admitting Obama was responsible for. I've already given you and your cohort the Rasmussen 46% poll link, here the Harry Reid poll:
"2010 SENATE CAMPAIGN: Polls show potential GOP challengers would beat Harry Reid"
"Sen. Reid Hits the Ground Running in Uphill Re-Election Bid"
And as a bonus, here's Obama's projected $9 trillion dollar deficit:
"Obama to raise 10-year deficit to $9 trillion"
Now, tell us how any of this is good for the country or shows Obama is anything but an expensive failure that's hurting his party.

Couldnt agree more, however one thing with ego, is that some people have trouble admitting they could be wrong.
I think to go with the socialized health care is good, just not sure if america can afford it at the moment
I would have to know the complete ins + outs of particular regulations to be able to draw up better ammendments to the bills or whether to completely scrap them + go with something else

I think all of this needs to shake out a little longer before we can rush to conclusions. Health Care reform is in the hot seat right now , and if it's revised to truly address the problem of rising health care .....then that alone might help with relaxing the spending splurge.
Right now all our representatives are getting a total ear-full from pissed-off constituants. let some of that settle in too before we rush to judgement.
But , I agree , the wild spending needs to stop. Some major business and banks need to fail for a lesson to be learned .
It's a crime some of then were actually rewarded for their corruption with tax payer's dollars.

These conservative ideas will not help USA.I saw it in media the other day about the security of mr. Obama being compromised.This group of Americans should know that world has changed.Today is not like yesterday.If Obama were to be killed[God forbid] like J.F.Kennedy, America will never be the same.Whoever does not want Obama can can change this on the ballot not by the Gun.
On foreign policy, I think Obama is trying to tell the world America is not 100%.Previous president had made so many Enemies in the world, especially muslim world.Muslim, like christians and other religions are also human beings and if America is looking for peace, you have to engage them , not by the Gun but bring them to the table.Not all muslims are Al quida or Talibans.
