What are some nontraditional (not well known) forms of financial aid? Is this for undergraduate/graduate work? If you wouldn't mind sharing, I am sure there are many here who could benefit from different forms of financial aid as money is tight with the Federal government and states right now due to the recession.

I am just starting to get this ball rolling. I was just introduced to the Councellor last week and have an appoint ment in ~ 2 weeks. I will share what information is given to me, then before I am totally swamped.

I am in the process of going through many changes. I have pretty much made the decision to follow my Academic Advisior's recommendations that I change my Major from Electrical Engineering Applied Physics/Computer Science to Physics.
I will not be here. My profile will be up but I just am not going to be around. I will have too much work to do.
I will have to study and I also have been directed towards for possible Internships.
The University will also be working with me to smooth my Admission/Transfer to RIT, in Rochester, New York.
I have also been directed to a different program where I am being advised and directed to other non traditional forms of Financial Aid, this will hopefully open things for me so I can also get even more assistance to continue my education right up through my Graduate Studies @ RIT, as well.
I am very excited about all this. I hope you will all give me your support and understanding in this and forgive me for any offenses, I have given to any of you.
It has been a very eventful few years. I have made many friends on here and I will miss all of you but since I have pretty much decided to follow through on her advice, there will have to be sacrifices in my life.
I will be just studying and taking care of my FurBabies, they are not going to be sacrificed for anything, I will sacrifice all things for them the work is going to be well worth it in the long run.
Also, this is an ideal time for me to take advantage of this as there is no one in my life, no prospects of anyone and quite frankly, I am beginning to think there never will be. So I am moving on.
I will see you all sometime in the future but for now, I am wishing everyone the best and saying Good Bye.
Please take care of each other and be nice to one another.
