For me it's using 'u' instead of 'you', '4' instead of 'for' and other chat-speak. I have the idea that someone who won't put in the time to properly type out their message when they are seeking their partner, they might not put as much effort as I'd like into the relationship itself, either.
Any others? Specific phrases people repeat in their profiles that send up red flags?

If you read their profile and they don't act as they express themselves there is a red flag.
Remember here there are guys that don't type fast (maybe two fingers) so don't take their short cuts as no ..no.
Initially what they write to good to be true (Scammer)...and all the rest of their traits that you should be familiar with....
If they direct themselves without respect to you; what else can you expect from them......
