For women
Everything has to be on order and spotless!

For men
Well it isn’t going to get any cleaner this week, by the looks of it

It will happen? But not overnight!

What are your standards when it comes to cleaning the house? Even the nasty bits like the toilets
And showers?

I like a clean house, but some days even my standards can slip for a day or two
doh grin

I basically like the kitchen and bathroom to be clean at all times, not too militant about the vacuuming and dusting though.

I do know men that keep their homes scrupulously clean, in fact they seem to be in the majority (and they're straight too laugh )

I like to make sure the stuff in my fridge and freezer are in date, some people wouldn't have a clue what's at the bottom of their freezer and how long it's been out of date.

jealous mumbling

I detest housework with a passion and only do it because I have too ... I particularly HATE doing dishes cos it never bloody ending frustrated so some days.. I dont do them and they sit soaking in the sink for a couple of days laugh

I wash clothes once a fortnight usually cos I have so many clothes I can grin

I vacuum when I see it needs it.. I dont do it regularly.. same goes for mopping the floors

and what is dusting?? confused haha I rarely dust but then i dont seem to get much dust either

in fact I clean as I see it needs it most of the time... and sometimes I even choose to NOT see it laugh

I hate cleaning.
But I have 2 kids so I have to of course. Not that I like living in filth or anything lol. But a bit of clutter is ok with me. As long as things as clean.
I make most effort in the kitchen and living areas.
I'm pregnant with my 3rd and in my last trimester so i'm extremely tired and its extremely hot lately and my house doesn't have air con so I let it be messy til night when it cools down and the kids go to bed. Its too much work cleaning several times a day, so just do once a day atm while i'm pregnant.

I don't have a choice - I've got 2 teens!! Now and again I spit the dummy and slam things around but at the end of the day I know that if all I have to scream at them is because they leave wet towels and clothes around the place - then really that is not the end of the world?? very mad

Just 'take a chill pill mum' so I do drinking wine

It would be different if it was just me, have a lot less junk around the place.
