godeas69: Another central midfielder, good player though. I can see kenny playing 4-3-1-2 at the mo with meireles, adam, henderson, gerrard in midfield and no wingers. The only problem with that is Caroll is pointless with no crosses.

I wouldn't include Meireles, strong rumours he'll be sold. I really don't know about Adam.

Same can be said about any signing.......

All i know is he's a work horse and had a great season playing with mediocre players, if he brings that game with him this season and add a little Kenny magic then we'll have bought a super playerthumbs up

O Shea and Wes Brown in Sunderland for medicals

Brown has signed apparently. No confirmation on O'Shea yet though. Brown was surplus to requirements a long time ago as far as i am concerned but i would have liked to hang onto O'Shea. Both of them going leaves United a bit short for cover in the full-back department.

I think Jones can fill in but I'm still not sure of Utds version of Jedward at full back(s) laugh

Brown and O Shea have been great players for Utd in fairness to them and both have shown their versatility. I'm surprised he is letting both go.

biggles90000: I reckon Arsenal wont do much next season they seem to be letting some of there best players go Arsenal havent been all that great and gone very boring to watch.

confused

When were they boring to watch ? After getting knocked out by Barca they lost a lot of confidence but I would not say they are boring to watch in any way shape or form.

People write off Wenger at their peril.

Time will tell about O Shea I suppose.

Now I wonder who else he will sign between Modric, Nasri and Schneijder. Out of the 3 he wants, oit wouldnt surprise me if he gets Nasri despite Wenger stating that he wont sell him to Utd.

Oh I dunno. Rafael can be a hot head but he could be a valuable player for United in the future once he gets a bit more experience and Fabio put in some good performances towards the end of the season. Ya never know......he could eventually replace Evra at left-back.

laugh @ Utds version of Jedward

Brown has been very injury prone in the last few seasons and i can't rememeber the last time he had a good game for United. He's good at right-back but is always caught short at centre-half.

I never would have let O'Shea go though. His versatility is invaluable as he can play all over the back four and in the centre of midfield. He was never going to be first choice but a great player to have on the bench. He has scored a few vital goals too.

Apart from Parker confused I agree laugh

Any team with Bergkamp bowing bowing bowing bowing in it is some team thumbs up

I just think Arsenal lack leaders and I have high hopes for Wilshire and Ramsey this season. They badly need strengthening at the back and I hope they get Cahill.

At the end of the day Clichy is no loss. Fabregas, while a brilliant player is missing too much and he wants to go. Arsenal played over 50 games last season and Fab played in only 20 of them. Similar to the season before. Nasri would be a big statement if Arsenal sell him.

Ah I think the time was right for him to go. Smalling is cover at right back and Jones played a few games for Blackburn at left back. If United get a creative midfielder now i'd be happy with the squad.

United must be getting positive vibes from Nasri to have made an official bid of £20m. A formal bid means a bit more than all the usual speculation....

My point was they have been great servants to Utd for nearly 15 years. I know Brown hasn't been playing as well lately, but like you am surprised at O Shea.

Both Rafwards still have a way to go I think to catch up with Evra and they are still learning. Time will tell I suppose.

Who is your money on next. Modric, Nasri or Schneider ?

Thats my view of it too thumbs up

I think Wenger will resist selling him to Utd or anyone else in England for that matter.
