blumoon: Slightly off topic but, in the same week that City have announced their £400 Million deal with Etihad Airways and plans to regenerate the surrounding area, build the Etihad Campus and create thousands of jobs, the Rags announce even bigger news with regeneration plans of their own.

They are going to have Lou Macari's chippy re-painted.

Sorry to piss on your chips but Etihad translated literally means "unison, union or alliance" obviously the uneducated wouldn't bother to look it up before throwing their tuppence worth in either . If it did mean "United" it wouldn't bother us blues as the red divils have been getting away with using "Manchester" in their name for most of their existence although they are outside the Manchester boundary and actually reside in the borough of Trafford no doubt. grin

Genuinely worried about Liverpool this year....nice squad coming together....end of last season just came too quick for them. Can see Spurs going backwards....would be hoping we would be knocking on the door and in contention.

That's not only at rich clubs confused

The SCUM have been doing it for years!! if you start to build a squad (which Mancini is doing pretty well) then there is no need to keep on spending, spending, spending. Plus with this new rule coming in, big clubs will not be able to spend beyond their means anymore!!

Why do you think The SCUM will win it?? they bought a new keeper which is always touch and go uh oh

My money is on Citeh!!!
