sofarsogood74: I was thinking the same about United not winning anything this season. I am hoping it will give Alex and the board a kick to make them realise they need a quality midfield player and a right full.
But I honestly would prefer to win the league and worry about next season in August.
I understand and deep down am probably the same. At least Utd are competing where we have been fed the same line now for 5/6 years. Supporters patience is wearing thin.

I'll remind you that you said that the last time you are slagging United

Ah in fairness Noel I have said if they win the premier league this season it would be one of Fergie's greatest achievements with the squad he has. The fact that Arsenal, Liverpool, Chelsea have gone backwards is hardly his fault
blumoon: Jasus.......I'll have one of whatever your drinking. . The team with the best home record in Europe plays the team with the worst away record. The team that jointly has scored the most home goals plays the second worst away defence. QPR's last 6 away results read: LLLLLL. We're having this !. I fancy Sunderland to beat your boys on Sunday. The murmers of City cruising will start rolling around The Stadium Of Light and your lads will capitulate lol.
Yeah I can actually see that happening. Sunderland away is a tougher game imo and O Neill will want to go out on a high. City need to score early imo to alleviate the nerves and if the do they could run up a cricket score.
dubguy: I mean in terms of league position, Vinny.
Well they are a worse team than they were last season. Not our fault Liverpool have way underperformed, Chelsea have imploded and Spurs have done a devon loch to put us in the position we are in. If things don't change this summer I fear for our future and our ability to compete at the top table.
I agree that anything can happen in any given match and while your in with a chance I would not be giving up hope either.
