I have not been preparing. Maybe I should 
You might find this of interest.....His girlfriend has suggested he was under a voodoo curse and this is why all of a sudden he decided to chew this mans face off. The only drug they have found in his system was marijuana.
For those who do not like fox news you can google this and find many articles about it. All still the same. No one knows why

Sounds to me like what they are really preparing a scam in which they will oblige people to either accept some sort of forced inoculation or face incarceration.
They threatened to do that here in France for the H1N1 scam but there was so much resistance to the idea that they abandoned it.
One of the problems was that health care workers refused to take part in forced inoculations
Sound's like they're working on that problem by indoctrinating workers to think of people not as individuals but as mindless beasts who have to be forcibly medicated for the good of society.
