Uruguay rates, on the scale 1-100, in ca 20, where 1 is good and 100 is bad.
So its rather friendly, friendlier then USA and similar to Norway.
You rate much friendlier then Argentina but not as much as Brazil.

Iceland gives annually 1% of its national income to assisting developing countries.
We rather assist them in that way then shooting them or bombing.

I remember just looking this up recently and I had recalled New Zealand as being number one but that was a Survey done by Forbes Publications. I suppose there are a few different surveys out there like everything else.
