3. Do something sensible like buy a house or three
4. Donate a chunk to animal welfare groups

I would pay for miss tortess to come to oz 
then do a thourough screening to see if she/he did'nt have a deck ... then ask if would like to go out for a yum cha

Would not know what to do with that much money.
Studies have been undertaken and those who have won mega-bucks tend to blow it within 5 years.
In the USA they have similar prize pools run by different States. While they may win $70M, they only get so much each year.
But what the heck. I would give each of my children $500,000 to buy the home they want, and they can wait for the rest. I have always wanted to see the Passion Plays in Omaramago (?) Germany so would use the money to keep me going until then.

Had to google that one, Wash. Oberammergau.
They promised to put on a religious play every year if god would spare them from the plague. After a while they decided once every 10 years ought to keep god happy enough and them plague-free. So far so good. The next one is scheduled for 2020.
I don't know what I would do with it either. I don't normally enter lotteries for obvious reasons - too unimaginative to dream about what I would do if I won.
Probably travel. Try to find some deserving people who could do with some help, like, I dunno a village well.
Or a treatment plant to remove the arsenic from the well they already have.
I'm not sure I could be bothered as I can't say I am that altruistic, but hey if you have that sort of money you need to find a purpose in life.

That reminds of last Sunday. I was in the City and I saw this dude lying down on the footpath. There were a lot of people walking up and down and they either stepped over or past him.
I thought I better go over and see if he was ok. I crossed the street and he looks like he's asleep. I said are you allright mate?
He said Yeah I'm just havin' a rest.
Of course he looked the part; skinny, unkempt, dirty clothes.
I asked him did he want a meal and of course he did.
I said I'll give a tenner, go and buy something to eat. Course I only had a twenty so I gave him that. I thought what the heck he's probably a scammer but you got to give him points for trying.
He gets up and very quickly disappears into the crowd.
Probably heading off around the corner to do it again.

I would let the people I don't like know of my good fortune while I'm travelling the globe staying in fancy hotels with maids and butlers.
On my return to Oz I would put 10 away for my future and the rest I would use to Start a charity that would build homes for homeless people, something that was self sustainable and would continue until long after I was dead and buried.
