If right now your unable to get to sleep you might try the following.
Lay on your bed with your hands by your side. Do exercise three times.
With your mind get your toes to squeeze down as hard as possible then relax them.
Then bend your feet upwards as hard as you can then relax them.
Then get your calf mussels to tighten as hard as you can then relax them.
Then upper leg mussels tighten them as hard as you can then relax them.
Then squeeze your buttocks together as hard as you can then relax them.
Then pull in your tummy as hard as you can then relax it.
Now pull in your shoulders as hard as you can then relax them.
Then squeeze your hands together as hard as you can then relax then.
Then tight your forearms as tight as you can then relax them.
Then tighten you upper arm mussels as hard as you can then relax them.
Then pull in your chin as hard as you can to tighten your neck upwards hard as you can then relax.
Then squeeze your face (eyes and mouth) as hard as you can then relax your face.
By then you should feel more relaxed and go to sleep.

Funny Rob I was actually not on anything to of the stimulant nature.
But I tried drinking and medicine nothing could help me sleep.
Probabaly got drink spiked as felt high as a kite for whole week,Stuff trying to stay awake for long periods.
