I don't know about following my heart or mind, but I did pursue two passions so far in my life... my career in environmental science/protection and my last and late spouse. Besides traveling a little, I haven't found anything that really trips my trigger since retiring seven years ago...
I guess maybe the passion and heart here are the same thing, but you can love someone/something without being passionate.....

neither. I just go with the flow and risk it all. you know how the saying goes. "once bitten twice shy." but I don't think that rule works for me. cz I get bit again and again

...I use my head....regarding woman....they are not toys...but people...the only time i never used my head, was signing up to this site.and kidding myself that age did,nt matter.but the banter is fun...so i suppose a half of loaf...is better then none.......
